Corporate Governance Development Framework – Covid-19 response package and Crisis specific Corporate Governance guidance
Dear reader,
We live in unprecedented times. The current Covid-19 crisis has a big impact on daily lives, society, and the global economy. Business are in urgent need of both financial and non-financial support in those challenging times. Most of our signatories have initiated Covid-19 response packages to address the immediate need in the markets we are operating in.
The current crisis situation also brings specific challenges from a Corporate Governance perspective. Companies need to focus on crisis management and business continuity whilst doing so via virtual Board meetings.
The below provides an overview of the different response packages of the CGDF signatories (in alphabetic order), including Corporate Governance related guidance notes. The list is updated at frequent intervals.
