Nominee Directorship Workshop

The IFC Nominee Directorship Workshop will focus on the IFC’s expectations from new/recent nominees, reporting and communication, recognition and management of existing and potential conflicts of interest, indemnification and D&O protections, E&S, and IDD, Sanctionable Practices and AML/CFT.  This year’s faculty includes both internal and external speakers.  The IFC has partnered with the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CEDR) from the UK for the last several years to lead the discussions on leadership skills. Professor Ulrich Steger will lead the overall program.
