Objectives
As the COVID-19 pandemic prevented the organisation of a Conference, the signatories were invited to come together virtually. After organising a short online exchange in 2020, the get-together in 2021 involved a number of presentations on relevant corporate governance topics and allowed participants to reflect on recent developments and the needs of the CGDF in the light of these.
