Specialised Committee on Private Equity Funds
TORs
The purpose of this Committee is to promote a common methodology for private equity funds, establish harmonised side letter language for DFIs on corporate governance standards and tools and explore avenues of collaboration and synergy on corporate governance issues between the CGDF and private equity funds.

Current Tasks
This Committee will seek to develop legal boiler plates to harmonise the approach private equity funds take on corporate governance, provide tools and training to private equity funds on applying the common methodology, and improve visibility of the CGDF to private equity funds.
